What is your goal-a campaign for a new building or
an endowment campaign or both?
The Shehane Group (NJSG) can assist you with
an initial fundraising planning study (organizational
assessment) and lead you through a fully integrated
campaign. We will guide you in planning, campaign timelines,
multi-phase solicitations, volunteer recruitment, gift
acceptance guidelines, accounting, marketing, case statement
development, and strategies for foundation and corporation
solicitation.
A call to The
NJSG can put your organization on solid
financial footing with sources of revenue never before
considered. Our goal is to strengthen your organization
as we work with you to position your nonprofit for success
now and in future years. The
NJSG becomes an advocate
for your long-term philanthropic goals as we foster
productive institutional growth.
- The first step in campaign preparation is to conduct
a Fundraising Planning Study. The
NJSG will
assess institutional readiness, community interest
and support, volunteer enthusiasm, leadership potential,
and the economic and environmental climate during
this process. Generally, we measure the organizational
barometer for success and then develop a plan of action
that will lead you to your goal. A full report with
findings and recommendations is submitted upon completion
of leadership and volunteer interviews.
- Campaign counsel is provided once a campaign
is initiated and until it is completed. Acting as
both guide and catalyst, our staff provides ready
access to an objective, experienced resource-keeping
the campaign on track and strategizing important philanthropic
decisions. The
NJSG provides daily on-site campaign
supervision or ready access by phone, e-mail and monthly
site visits in a flexible and focused manner.
- Donor stewardship is the final step in a
successful campaign. Before concluding our campaign
responsibilities, The NJSG
will set in place a stewardship program that should
keep your donors content and your annual campaign
moving forward.
Donor recognition, accounting, acknowledgments, special
events, phone-a-thon, direct-mail solicitation, estate
giving programs and much more will all be part of
the stewardship plans.
When you engage The NJSG's
services, you set in place a plan for success while
simultaneously securing your organization's future.
